Cleaning Technician Job Description

Job Summary :

As a Cleaning Technician with Image One Facility Solutions, you will play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and healthy environments for our clients.

You will perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties in commercial, office, and industrial facilities, ensuring all spaces meet Image One’s high standards of quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine cleaning and janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Refill and maintain cleaning and restroom supplies.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, carpet extractors, and auto-scrubbers (training provided if needed).
• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals according to established standards.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply needs to supervisors promptly.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed on schedule and to quality standards.
• Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude with clients and coworkers.
• Adhere to Image One’s policies, values, and brand standards.
