Lift Technician

Lift Technician at Providence St. Jude Medical Center, Fullerton, CA. This position is PT and will work 8-hour, Variable shifts.

Transports patients, equipment and products throughout the medical center in a safe and efficient manner. Safely performs complex patient lifts/transfers, including competent handling of multiple lines, ventilators, traction devices etc. in coordination with patient care team. Acts as first responder/assistant/runner for code situations; including code triage internal and external.

Required qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Successful completion of Transportation Orderly Training
• Coursework/Training: Successful completion of Slip Mat Training
• Coursework/Training: Successful completion of Customer Service Orientation
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• Customer service experience, preferably in a health care setting

Preferred qualifications:

• Work related experience, preferably as a Transportation Orderly
