About VetnCare

VetnCare was founded in 2012 with a simple vision: to build a community of veterinary hospitals delivering next-level care, right in the neighborhoods we serve.

Today, we operate 12 hospitals across Northern California, with plans for continued growth.

We believe great veterinary care starts with strong leadership and high-performing teams. That's why each hospital is supported by:

  • A Hospital Manager (operational leadership)
  • A Clinical Director (clinical leadership)
  • Centralised support across Operations, People, Finance, IT, and Marketing

When you join VetnCare, you're not stepping into a job you're helping build a modern, sustainable veterinary business.
