Overview
Join our team as a Conference Service Manager and be part of our world-class hospitality experience. As a Conference Service Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with our guests and clients to create memorable experiences for their events. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of group and catering events after a sales or catering contract is signed. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will be put to the test as you coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful events. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about event planning and has a strong desire to be part of a dynamic and collaborative team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and / or 2+ years of hotel experience
- 1-year food and beverage experience
- Developed business communication skills, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft office
- Present a professional appearance and confidence
- Ability to communicate effectively with public and other Team Members
- Strong time management skills, and ability to work under pressure
