Construction Site Manager

The job involves overseeing day to day field operations on assigned projects, managing subcontractors, site logistics, and jobsite safety, coordinating schedules and ensuring projects stay on track, leading site meetings and maintaining clear communication with project teams, ensuring quality standards and client expectations are met, working closely with Project Managers and internal teams, and maintaining a strong presence onsite from mobilization through closeout.

A successful Superintendent should have superintendent experience in one of their main sectors (Auto, retail/restaurant, hospitality, commercial, corporate), a strong background in ground up projects preferred (leading projects ranging from $2M-30M), ability to manage multiple trades and fast paced schedules, solid understanding of construction sequencing and site operations, strong leadership and communication skills, and commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
