Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences in our venues. This role involves leading a large team in stellar fashion, overseeing venue operations, and maintaining high service standards to enhance the overall guest experience. Annual Base Salary : $59,000+ based on experience. Position also includes competitive quarterly bonus structure, merit plan, full benefits, 401K with company match, and a lucrative PTO package!
Job Responsibilities :
- Schedule, lead, and manage a large team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficient service.
- Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels for supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest reservations and bay assignments.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to uphold service standards.
- Train and mentor team members and ensure adherence to safety and health regulations.
- Continuously improve the guest experience through innovative ideas and process enhancements.
