We are seeking a reliable and welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to help support the daily flow of a busy office. This role involves interacting with patients and visitors, coordinating appointments, and assisting with general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Welcoming Guests : Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Managing Schedules : Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate records
- Handling Information : Collect and verify basic details such as insurance and payments
- Keeping Things Tidy : Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area
- Stocking Essentials : Monitor and restock office supplies and patient materials
- Pitching In : Support general office tasks and assist team members as needed
