Futures Staffing is looking for a friendly, professional, and experienced Front Desk Associate to join our clients team! As the first point of contact for their guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
  • Efficiently check guests in and out with accuracy.
  • Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information about the hotel and local area.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Process payments, maintain accurate records, and balance cash drawers.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Associate or in a similar hospitality / customer service role.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with hotel reservation systems and basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
