Rosati's Pizza & Sports Bar Centennial, CO Earn $70,000$90,000+ Per Year While Leading a Great Team Rosati's Pizza & Sports Bar is looking for a motivated, hospitality-focused Front of House Manager to help lead our restaurant and sports bar operations. This is not a desk job. We're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys working with guests, coaching employees, leading by example, and helping create an outstanding experience for every customer who walks through our doors. Compensation

• Expected total earnings of $70,000$90,000+ annually
• Base salary of $34,000$38,000, based on experience
• Opportunity to earn substantial income through serving and bartending shifts

What You'll Do

• Lead front-of-house operations during assigned shifts
• Coach and develop servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
• Ensure exceptional guest service and hospitality
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor costs
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards
• Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively
• Work closely with ownership and kitchen leadership
• Serve and bartend during assigned shifts while managing the floor

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to lead by example
• Excellent guest service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Nights, weekends, and holiday availability

Certifications Within 30 days of hire:

• TIPS Alcohol Certification
• ServSafe Certification
