Chick-fil-A Raleigh Hills & Cedar Hills Blvd is locally owned and operated by Dean Hogan. A Native Oregonian and Seaside High School graduate, he is passionate about investing in people and serving the Beaverton community he proudly calls home.

Position Details

Full-Time: $18.00-18.50/hour

Part-Time: $17.00-17.50/hour

What You'll Do

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and a friendly smile.
• Take accurate guest orders while providing exceptional customer service.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including Chick-fil-A's signature lemonade and fresh-brewed iced tea.
• Deliver food to guests and ensure they have everything they need.
• Keep the dining room clean, organized, and inviting.
• Restock front-of-house supplies throughout the day.
• Answer guest questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
• Work together with teammates to provide fast, accurate, and friendly service.
• Follow Chick-fil-A standards for food safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
• Support the restaurant's vision, values, and culture.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Experience

Previous experience as a cashier, barista, customer service representative, restaurant crew member, or in food service is helpful, but not required. We welcome applicants who are excited to learn and grow with us.
