Residential Division – Parsons House Re-entry Center
Position Summary:
Provide direct counseling and Case Management for Correctional Residents. Motivate residents to achieve treatment goals and supervise Resident activities. Maintain public safety by ensuring that all offender actions and activities comply with the strict regulations set by WCS policy, the correctional funding source and all other regulatory entities.
Essential Functions:
Maintain assigned Caseload.
Conduct individual & group counseling.
Complete written work on time, in accordance with regulatory & funding source guidelines, including, but not limited to: Social History, Treatment Plan, Progress Notes, Discharge Summary & required Reports.
Schedule required Meetings with Agent of Record (AOR)/Corrections representative.
Attend Staff meetings.
Monitor Resident’s progress toward Treatment Plan Goals.
Hold Resident accountable to established guidelines.
Refer to collateral services (where indicated).
Attend training
Other duties as assigned.
