BENEFITS:Vacation & Paid Sick LeaveMedical, Dental, Vision, EAP, and Life Insurance401k with Club MatchEligible for Holiday PayEmployee Meals when working full shift Employee Discounts on Food and MerchandiseEligible for Club Scholarship programEmployee referral programWork at a great location with great people!ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Approach all interaction with Members, guests, and colleagues in a courteous, service-oriented mannerRemain attentive, friendly, helpful, courteous, and respectful to Members, guests, managers and fellow employees at all timesInspect equipment, structures, materials and determine need for maintenance or repairsAssist with any plumbing or electrical issues in clubhouse when neededSand, stain, and/or paint furniture, walls or other surfacesGather and empty trash from all Clubhouse trash bins, including administrative officesClean building floors: sweep, mop, scrub, and/or vacuumRepair and maintain building floors: strip, seal, finish, and polishMaintain clean walls and baseboards inside/outside of clubhouseClean and maintain all light fixtures in and outside of clubhouseService, clean, and supply restroomsRepair kitchen appliances as ableFollow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixturesMix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specificationsMonitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are avoidedNotify managers concerning maintenance activity that may affect their department, create access issues, or raise questions by Members or guestsNotify Maintenance Supervisor of supplies and/or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance dutiesSet up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs, ladders, and scaffolding to prepare facilities for special eventsMove heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucksAssist Housekeeper with general cleaning of Clubhouse including: wiping down walls and ceilings, vacuuming carpets and rugs, cleaning restrooms, dusting furniture and fixtures, etcmunicate supply, maintenance, safety and storage needs to management promptlyMaintain clean and organized Storage Room and Maintenance officeAttend all trainings and meetings as required/requestedEXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredMinimum 2 years' maintenance technician experienceBasic knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements and use of equipment/machineryBasic knowledge of proper chemical handling preferredBasic knowledge of electrical and plumbing Must have prior handyman experienceMust be willing to work weekends and holidays Please no calls regarding this position.
