This hotel is operated by Propel Management LLC, an award winning hotel owner and approved third party operator of both independent and branded hotels. Based in San Antonio Texas, we currently operate hotels in both Texas and Colorado.

Our Houseperson is responsible for assisting the housekeepers and maintaining the cleanliness of all public areas throughout the hotel.

Essential Job Functions:

· Stocking housekeepers carts with supplies

· Removing trash and used linen from the housekeeping carts

· Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all storage areas

· Restocking all storage areas with supplies

· Thoroughly cleaning all aspects of the public areas

· Reporting any type of problem immediately

· Delivering any special request or guest request items to the guest rooms

· Assisting as a van driver when necessary

· Maintaining a positive attitude at all times and delivering exceptional guest service at every opportunity

Additional Responsibilities:

· Any other duties as assigned by the leadership team

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks, Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required, Attention to detail and time management skills, Ability to work independently & Availability for weekend shifts * Must have a valid driver's license for potential van driving duties * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
