  • Ability to manage multiple grants, deadlines, funding requirements, and priorities.
  • Ability to track and report on program finances, expenditures, obligations, and grant balances.
  • Ability to understand and apply complex grant requirements, contracts, program guidelines, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work professionally with funders, government officials, contractors, skilled trades professionals, clients, and internal teams.
  • Comfort working in complex, evolving program environments and supporting new program pilots.

  • Familiarity with residential construction, housing rehabilitation, weatherization, energy efficiency, or skilled trades environments preferred.
  • High level of professionalism, judgment, flexibility, discretion, attention to detail, and appropriate sense of urgency while maintaining focus on client needs and housing stability.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Construction Management preferred. An equivalent combination of education, training, and/or relevant work experience may be considered.
  • Experience in grant administration, program coordination, compliance, financial tracking, reporting, housing programs, construction-related programs, weatherization, or a related field required.
  • Experience with federally funded construction, CDBG, Weatherization Assistance Program, Davis-Bacon, procurement, or residential rehabilitation programs required.
