Contract Specialist
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Shift: 7:00 am- 3:30 pm Monday- Friday
Contract: W2 under staffing supplier; 6 month contract
Pay Rate: $25.00 an hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and reconciliation of accounting transactions
- Experience and Knowledge of Construction Contracts
- Knowledge and understanding of GAAP
- Review and approve accounts payable transactions per the contract requirements
- Organizing and Prioritizing work assignments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher
- Computer knowledge including; Google, Excel, Word, and Acrobat Adobe
- 2+ Years of Accounting Experience
- Fundamentals of Budgets and Expenditures
