The Leased Housing Department (LHD) is seeking a Manager for its Certification Unit. The Unit is responsible for processing owner correspondence, certifying repairs, rent abatements, payment adjustments, and terminating for non-compliance with HUD's inspection standards. Reporting directly to the Director, the Manager will have some latitude for independent initiative and decision making. The Manager will supervise day-to-day operations by overseeing office staff. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
