Responsibilities

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will :

  • Develop and execute workforce plans based on an understanding of external customer trends and issues in the industry
  • Lead organizational assessments to identify and address performance gaps and convert strategies into result-driven actions
  • Provide change management leadership to support organizational initiatives
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve business outcomes
  • Collaborate with HR team to identify talent gaps and implement effective hiring strategies
  • Conduct recruiting activities, interviews, evaluate candidates, and assist with the hiring process
  • Provide coaching and development to managers and employees to enhance their skills and abilities
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement standard HR processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor HR metrics and trends to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for change
  • Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field
  • 5+ years of related experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software
  • Must have knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Must be a team player and committed to continuous learning and professional development
  • Demonstrates proficiency in MS Office 365 technologies; expert level in One Note, Forms, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

    • Desired Skills :

  • Previous experience in direct supervision of HR professionals
  • Experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and managing and developing direct reports
