job_description.job_card.job_descriptionServe as the primary HR partner for assigned locations and business functions; Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and enhance employee engagement; Advise management on policy interpretation employee relations and performance management; Support organizational change and acquisition integration efforts to ensure alignment and consistency; Collaborate with HR leadership on company-wide initiatives such as performance reviews goal-setting compensation and engagement programs; Work closely with Payroll and Benefits to resolve employee inquiries and maintain data accuracy; Oversee key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding transitions and offboarding; Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions; Coach managers on leadership effectiveness development planning and workplace best practices; Lead or support HR projects related to policy updates process improvements and training initiatives; Use HR data and analytics to identify trends and recommend strategic solutions; Handle complex employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion; Act as a trusted advisor and resource for managers and employees alike. Perform other related duties as assigned. Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field required; PHR SPHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred; Minimum five (5) years of progressive HR experience preferably in a generalist or business partner role supporting multi-site operations; Proficient in HRIS (Paylocity preferred) with strong knowledge of federal state and local employment laws; Skilled in employee relations conflict resolution and performance management; Experience using HR metrics and analytics to support business decisions; Working knowledge of compensation benefits and merit programs.
