Position Summary

The HR Recruiter is responsible in performing full cycle recruitment (from creation to hire) primarily for all clinical and allied health positions; collaborating with management to determine and address staffing needs; implementing recruitment and retention strategies in coordination with the hospitals strategic plan that successfully reduces vacancy and avoids interim labor costs / agency fees.

Experience :

Minimum 3 years recruiting / sourcing experience for non-exempt and exempt level positions in a mid-sized hospital or healthcare company.

Proficiency in the use of recruitment application systems and Microsoft Office is required.

Education :

BA / BS degree in human resources business communications or other related discipline preferred.

Vaccinations process :

  • Need immunization records for MMR and varicella Mumps Measles & Rubella and Varicella) should be positive if you have negative results in any of these then you have to take 2 MMR vaccinations with a gap of 28 days since you cannot take 2MMR vaccinations at a time.
  • For TB test you have other available options- TSPOT or QF TB Gold or 2 step PPDs for 2 step PPDs you need visit clinic twice and to get these results it may take more than 1 week and should provide latest documents 2019 valid within 3 months )
  • Annual Physical.
  • COVID Vaccinated
