What You'll Do Conduct one-on-one consultations with customers Build trust and uncover customer needs Recommend solutions through a proven consultative sales process Follow up with prospects and existing customers Manage a personal book of business Generate referrals and positive customer reviews Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish Work independently during scheduled store shifts when needed Strong Backgrounds Include Furniture sales, automotive sales, mattress sales, wireless sales, insurance sales, home improvement sales, fitness membership sales, medical sales, financial services sales, and other commission-based sales environments What Helps People Succeed Here Proven success in a commission-based sales environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills Coachability and a growth mindset Accountability and professionalism Competitive drive balanced with genuine care for customers A desire to improve people's lives while achieving personal goals Schedule Weekdays:

• 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Sunday: 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM Our whole sales team works weekends and has 2 days off during the week.
