Kinsa is recruiting for a : Bilingual Director of HR
Location : Bellingham, WA
Our client draws on a long and rich tradition making top-tier meat products. They are looking to add an HR Director to their team, to work out of their plant just outside of Bellingham, WA. (This not a hybrid or remote position, but relocation assistance is available.) The Human Resources Director provides strategic and hands-on leadership for all HR functions, programs, and systems, as well as daily tactical leadership within the plant. You will partner with management, finance, and operations to drive plant success and continuous improvement.
- Fluent Spanish required . Relevant Bachelors degree (preferred), 7+ years of broad HR experience, including 3+ years of HR leadership. Solid experience in manufacturing, ideally food or beverage. PHR or similar certifications highly preferred.
