At New Horizons, we support the caregivers who support our clients. Our People & Culture team is growing, and we're looking for a People & Culture Generalist who wants more than just "processing HR" someone who wants to help shape culture, strengthen leaders, and build better systems.
This role supports multiple sites, so occasional travel by car within Oregon and/or Washington is required.
If you like solving real problems, coaching managers, improving processes, and being in the middle of the action this role was built for you.
You won't just maintain processes you'll help improve them.
HR experience is helpful, but not required. We're more interested in your ability to think critically, communicate well, and support people in a fast-moving environment.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment perfect for someone who wants to grow their Human Resources career over time.
