Job description

HR & Communications Coordinator III

The HR & Communications Coordinator III is responsible for coordinating various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and marketing communications. This role involves overseeing applicant tracking, coordinating candidate interviews, completing onboarding, and managing social media and marketing efforts. The HR Coordinator III will also coordinate the learning management system to ensure compliance education is appropriately assigned and completed by employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

HR & Recruiting

  • Create and maintain job postings using the applicant tracking software.
  • Assist with the ongoing administration of the APP Post-Grad Program.
  • Complete applicant screening interviews or otherwise facilitate the scheduling of interviews for the appropriate leadership team(s).
  • Review application materials, screening and interview feedback and provide it accordingly to the appropriate hiring team.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking and onboarding system to assure all steps, paperwork and processes are completed for successful onboarding.
  • Create and maintain positive relationships with outside entities, fostering and growing partnerships to allow for greater connections with candidates.
  • Assist with the APP oversight committee, APP engagement & satisfaction, and other projects as needed.

Training & Education

  • Oversee training requirements for all positions, assure processes are followed, consult Clinical team for strategic direction moving forward.
  • Utilize the company learning management system to enroll, track, coordinate and administer training for new and current employees.
  • Utilize Articulate 360 or other course authoring software to build, test, and maintain internally developed courseware.
  • Review and update training materials on a regular cadence. Create and administer surveys to new and current employees regarding training courses for continuous improvement. Work with subject matter experts to keep training up-to-date and relevant.
  • Create, update, and administer continuing education for current employees via the company LMS.
  • Find and create resources for professional development options for employees as needed.

Communications and Marketing

  • Partner with Business Development to build and maintain the RightCare Clinic and ECS social media, websites, and marketing efforts. Craft new materials using Canva and other tools, assist with the social media plan for continuous exposure.
  • Post content across social media accounts on regular cadence.
  • Creation of yearly campaign plan for social media accounts.
  • Engage with possible clients and applicants across social platforms.
  • Collaborate with third party marketing resources as needed.
  • Craft compelling content and manage materials for client engagement and sales purposes.
  • Remain current with the latest social media trends, developing new accounts for platforms as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration or an Associate's degree with equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years human resources experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience with social media and marketing.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles for eLearning.
  • Ability to work independently and in an efficient manner with strong ability to be self-motivated.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to keep a high level of confidentiality, in accordance with PPI and HIPAA/PHI privacy.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, screening applicants, human resources information systems, learning management systems, and courseware authoring systems is preferred.
  • SHRM, HRCI or similar certification preferred.
