Job Overview As an HR Assistant (Human Resources Assistant) focused on disability case management and LOA administration, you will manage the department's shared email inbox and support LeaveSource documentation. Job Details - Estimated Weekly Pay: $740 - $6,930
- Location: On-site in Bala Cynwyd, PA (with a one-time remote equipment pickup allowed prior to start)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (flexible within 30 minutes: 8-4:30 or 9-5:30)
- Shift Duration: 8 Hour Days
- Shifts Per Week: 5
- Contract Duration: 26 weeks

Key Qualifications (HR Assistant / HR Coordinator) - High school diploma required; additional HR/administrative coursework a plus
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in administrative, HR support, or customer service roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with LOA systems preferred - LeaveSource experience highly preferred
- Working knowledge of FMLA, disability management processes, and leave administration preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate HR recordkeeping and case documentation
- Excellent written communication skills for employee email support and documentation
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced HR environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a disability management team
- Sense of urgency, results-oriented mindset, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Familiarity with confidentiality and healthcare privacy practices (HIPAA-aware) is a plus
Responsibilities - Provide timely HR email support by responding to all inbound Disability Management and LOA emails within 24 hours of receipt
- Document all communications and case activity in LeaveSource (LOA database) and maintain accurate case notes
- Maintain confidential HR records and files in accordance with departmental standards and privacy requirements
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Disability Management team, including form processing, tracking, and data entry
- Coordinate with HR team members to escalate complex leave cases and ensure consistent leave administration
