  • Assist in modeling compensation scenarios and incentive outcomes
  • Compile and analyze market data and peer benchmarking inputs
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis and reporting

Operations and Process Discipline

  • Maintain plan documentation, award records, and audit-ready materials
  • Manage operational calendars, milestones, and deliverables tracking
  • Support development and maintenance of standardized processes and documentation
  • Coordinate across HR, finance, legal, and external partners to ensure execution continuity
  • Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and scalability initiatives

Stakeholder Coordination and Support

  • Coordinate inputs and communication across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Support preparation of materials for senior leadership and Compensation Committee review
  • Ensure alignment of data, analysis, and materials across workstreams
  • Build effective working relationships across HR, finance, legal, and corporate functions

What We're Looking For:

Experience

  • 8-10+ years of experience in executive compensation, total rewards, finance, or a related discipline
  • Experience supporting compensation programs in a public company environment preferred
  • Exposure to Compensation Committee materials, governance processes, or proxy disclosures preferred
  • Experience working in a complex, global organization is a plus

  • Execution excellence: High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Governance awareness: Understanding of documentation, controls, and compliance expectations
  • Process discipline: Ability to operate within structured processes and contribute to improvements
