Responsibilities include:

  • Produce ad hoc analyses for executive leadership, managers, and operational teams.
  • Analyze workforce trends, risks, and opportunities and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare quarterly workforce reports, annual People Experience reports, and analytical materials for Executive Team and Board presentations.
  • Develop clear data visualizations and narratives that make complex information accessible to varied audiences.
  • Support workforce planning, budget modeling, headcount forecasting, position control, compensation analysis, and organizational benchmarking.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and reduce manual processes.

Data Governance & Quality

Serve as the steward of People Experience data and reporting standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establish and maintain data governance standards, definitions, and reporting methodologies.
  • Conduct routine audits and validations to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Partner with Payroll, Finance, and other stakeholders to reconcile workforce data.
  • Monitor compliance with data privacy, confidentiality, security, and records management requirements.
  • Maintain standardized procedures for data entry, validation, reporting, and access.

HR Technology Optimization & Continuous Improvement

Continuously improve the organization's use of UKG and related technologies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluate current system functionality and recommend enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Research and implement new capabilities, features, and automation opportunities.
  • Lead configuration improvements and process redesign efforts.
  • Develop best practices for system use and support adoption of new functionality.
  • Stay current on HR technology trends, analytics practices, and emerging reporting capabilities.

Project & Operational Partnership

Partner with the Senior Director to execute People Experience technology and operational initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the HRIS lead for department-wide and enterprise projects.
  • Develop work plans, implementation schedules, testing strategies, and project documentation for technology initiatives.
  • Track deliverables, risks, and milestones and provide regular status updates.
  • Support change management, communication, and training related to system implementations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational processes.
  • Produce SLA reports, ticket metrics, workflow analyses, and other operational performance reporting.

Ensure accurate and timely completion of required workforce reporting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare federal, state, local, and organizational workforce reports.
  • Support audits and respond to workforce data requests.
  • Produce EEO, affirmative action, pay equity, and other required employment disclosures.
  • Ensure reporting practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards.

Manager and Employee Self-Service

Improve the manager and employee experience within UKG and related systems.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support and enhance manager and employee self-service functionality.
  • Develop user guides, job aids, and instructional materials.
  • Conduct training on reporting, system functionality, and new features.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and user support.
