About Enfinity Global

Enfinity Global is a purpose-driven company focused on making a positive impact on the planet by helping companies, governments, and individuals transition to a carbon-free and sustainable economy. Our role as a leading IPP is to develop, finance, build, operate, and own renewable energy assets in the long term in Europe, Asia, and the Americas through our offices in the USA, Spain, Italy, UK, Netherlands, India, and Japan.

Our team of over 350 Enfiniters comprises seasoned finance professionals, as well as experienced project developers and operators with extensive industry experience across all stages of the project life cycle. We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.

Job Description

Enfinity Global is looking for a HSE Manager that will be responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs across construction, operations, and self perform activities. This role ensures full regulatory compliance, contractor alignment, and continuous improvement of safety performance, while fostering a strong safety culture across projects and operational teams.

The position will work closely with EPC contractors, O&M providers, third party service partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure that HSE standards are consistently applied, effectively monitored, and continuously enhanced.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSE Plans in line with corporate standards, applicable regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Define and integrate HSE requirements into EPC, O&M, and other project agreements to ensure full contractual and operational compliance.
  • Support the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of third‑party HSE Management Systems, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory frameworks.
  • Review, assess, and formally approve EPC and contractor HSE Plans prior to project mobilization.
  • Conduct annual audits of contractor safety plans, monitoring corrective and preventive action plans.
  • Perform monthly HSE site inspections during construction, identifying risks, non‑conformities, and improvement opportunities.
  • Actively participate in hazard identification, job safety analysis (JSA), and risk assessment processes.
  • Lead and support near‑miss, incident, and accident investigations, ensuring root‑cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Analyze trends related to unsafe acts and unsafe conditions, developing pragmatic mitigation strategies and continuous improvement plans.
  • Monitor and report on HSE performance indicators, proactively addressing emerging risks.

Requirements

  • B.Tech/BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Degree in Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in an HSE management role, ideally within construction, EPC, energy, or industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, standards, and international best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience managing contractor HSE performance in multi‑stakeholder project environments.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an asset.

In Enfinity Global, you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries. Here we will foster your professional and personal growth, and you will have the opportunity to actively contribute and make a real impact on climate change.
