Key Responsibilities

Lead company-wide recruitment strategies and manage end-to-end recruitment processes

Oversee HR operations, including compliance, employee relations, and process improvements

Conduct workforce planning initiatives to align human capital with business needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience

SHRM-CP preferred; Lean Six Sigma Certification a plus

Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR tools
