Human Resources Director
LHH is looking for a HR Director for one of our clients here in NYC. This person will oversee HR operations for the entire 500+ person organization. The HR department is broken down in three departments; Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement / Development and Payroll / Benefits. This position will be starting on a temp to perm basis and compensated between $50-60 / hr
Responsibilities
- Plan, strategize and create new employee policies and procedures
- Mediate and resolve all employee relation issues alongside department
- Performance management reviews with managers
- Assist with annual compensation analysis of the organization's wage and salary program
- Supervise HR team as well as Operations support.
- Assist with renewal of the company benefits policy each year, inform employees, and oversee all administrative related changes
- Prepare, distribute, and analyze various reports from HRIS
Requirements
Pay Details : $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
