Success in this role requires both tactical proficiency and excellent execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that ensures continuity of service. The focus of this position is delivering People Services with a strong commitment to internal customer service, quality, and ongoing process improvement.

• This role also manages services specific to the region, requiring hands-on engagement to understand and address localized HR needs. This includes staying attuned to local legal requirements, workforce dynamics, and organizational culture in order to tailor HR solutions accordingly.

• Triage incoming People Service Center tickets and emails; research and resolve requests in a timely and efficient manner.

• Maintain the data accuracy and integrity of various People systems and tools.

• Ensure HR processes, policies, and tools are applied consistently in support of business goals.

• Analyze requests and escalate issues to the appropriate People Team workgroups when the Service Center is unable to resolve them; serve as a liaison with People Team COEs to ensure case resolution.

• Create and maintain both physical and electronic employee records, ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and secure.

• Own the prehire process, including initiating required background checks and managing the prehire tracking tool to ensure data accuracy and team readiness for the arrival of new hires.

• Facilitate day-one orientation for new hires, partnering closely with local leadership and various departments to deliver a best-in-class first-day experience.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with People Team Centers of Excellence, business partners, and leadership; occasionally attend meetings outside standard business hours to accommodate partners across time zones.

• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by leadership.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and equivalent work experience preferred.

• 2+ years of active HR experience preferred.

• Working knowledge of HR systems and tools (e.g., HRIS/SAP/Workday/ServiceNow) and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and leaders at all levels.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Sound problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
