Our client is a well-established organization seeking an experienced HR professional to support day-to-day People Services operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is passionate about delivering exceptional employee support while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.
The People Services Generalist is responsible for supporting employees throughout the entire employment lifecycle, including benefits administration, HR compliance, employee relations, onboarding support, and HRIS management. This position requires excellent organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism.
Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience in a generalist or similar role. Previous benefits administration experience required. Hands-on experience with UKG Pro is required. Strong understanding of employment laws, HR compliance, and employee lifecycle processes. Experience supporting a high-volume workforce is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs), Microsoft Office Suite, and HRIS systems. Bachelor's degree preferred. PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
