A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct new hire orientations and maintain employee records in compliance with laws
Assist in updating the employee handbook and ensure training records are current
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and grievances
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role
Relevant education and certifications preferred, such as a bachelor's degree or SHRM-CP
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
1-3 years experience in conflict management and dispute resolution
