Job description : POSITION SUMMARY :
A fantastic employer in Indiana is looking for a well-rounded, hands-on, roll-up-
your-sleeves HR pro who loves to train, recruit, who has solid generalist skills, and yet has
the ability to be strategic when needed. Other critical skills include non-union labor
relations, benefits administration, recruitment, compensation and HR Law. We are

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR HR MANAGER
