As a Human Resources Director, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization. We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our HR function and oversee all aspects of human resources, ensuring that our employees are well-supported and empowered to deliver exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain human resources policies, procedures, and programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives
Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure effective and efficient operations
Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement staffing plans, ensuring adequate coverage and talent management
Conduct new employee onboarding, employee training, and orientation programs
Develop and maintain positive employee relationships, fostering a culture of respect, inclusivity, and open communication
Manage employee conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and standards
Develop and manage the annual budget for the HR department
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
At least 2 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a healthcare setting
Strong understanding of human resources principles, labor laws, and regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
