Performance Expectations for All Employees:

  • Complies with safety instructions, observes safe work practices, and provides input on safety issues and promotes a safe work environment.

Essential Functions:

Assist with employee recruitment lifecycle:

  • job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. 2.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems. 3.
  • Administer coordinate employee benefits and leave programs. 4.
  • Monitors and communicates with employees about their expiring renewables. 5.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits. 6.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. 7.
  • Assist with employee relations issues and disciplinary processes. 8.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review. 9.
  • Coordinate training sessions and orientation programs. 10.
  • Reconciles all benefit invoices monthly. 11.
  • Communicate and work with other departments to maintain good customer services. 12.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum Experience :

  • 5+ years of experience in human resources or a related administrative role.

Licenses/Registrations :

  • Degree in Human Resources, may accept 5+ years of relevant experience with current nationally recognized HR certification.

Minimum Knowledge/Skills/Abilities :

  • Ability to make decisions based on sound judgment, and address issues that may arise.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, vendors, and the public.
  • Knowledge of Human Resource functions and procedures.
  • Employee benefit laws and regulations COBRA, HIPPA, FMLA, ADA, and FAMLI Knowledge of business office procedures.
  • Ability to keep information or forms confidential.
  • Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Payroll/HR system, electronic medical records systems (such as Kantime) Strong customer/client focus.
  • Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, employees, vendors and other stakeholders.
  • Adherence to laws and best practices in regard to dealing with employees.
  • Time management skills.
  • Must be well-organized and detail oriented.
