Brookside Mechanical Inc. in Manchester, NH is currently hiring full-time Entry-Level HVAC Helpers to join our heating and air conditioning team! We offer a rewarding start to a lasting career, great pay ($18-$22/hour), and top-tier benefits that include:
THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS ROLE:
Schedule:
You will work full-time, Monday through Friday, with hours between 7 AM and 4 PM. All employees report to a central location before heading out to their job site or service area, ensuring a structured and efficient workflow.
Day-to-Day:
As our Entry-Level HVAC Helper, you'll work side-by-side with experienced HVAC installers, gaining hands-on experience in heating and air conditioning system installations. Your day will include assisting with ductwork, transferring tools and materials, prepping job sites, and ensuring projects run smoothly. You'll be an essential part of the team, learning from the best while building the skills that will carry you forward in this skilled trade!
