Job description

Now Hiring a Facility Maintenance Supervisor

Join our team as a Facilities Supervisor and play a key role in keeping our operations running at peak performance. In this hands-on leadership position, you'll oversee facility maintenance, support a skilled team, and help ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and coordinate maintenance requests to ensure timely completion of work orders and projects.
  • Lead and support maintenance staff while maintaining high service and operational standards.
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, boiler, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
  • Monitor facility conditions, identify maintenance needs, and implement process improvements.
  • Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and staff to resolve issues efficiently and maintain strong service levels.
  • Manage inventory, order materials, and ensure parts availability to support ongoing operations.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to urgent maintenance needs as required.

Essential Skills

  • Experience leading facilities or building maintenance operations.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting experience with HVAC systems and boilers.
  • EPA certification (Universal preferred) or equivalent HVAC certification.
  • Ability to lead maintenance teams and coordinate daily work activities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of building maintenance best practices and safety standards.
