As a Full-Time Maintenance Specialist at Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin Inc., your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations. You will perform general repairs, including plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC maintenance, while keeping accurate records of maintenance activities.
