Job Title : HVAC Technician

Job Description

We are seeking skilled HVAC Technicians to join our team to perform service and preventative maintenance work on units ranging from 5 to 100 tons. This role involves servicing packaging units and rooftop units at commercial facilities located in Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and preventative maintenance on HVAC units ranging from 5 to 100 tons.
• Service packaging units and rooftop units.
• Conduct maintenance work at commercial facilities such as hospitals, office buildings, and large retail sites.

Work Environment

Our work hours are generally Monday to Friday, from 7 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM, though they may start as early as 6 : 30 AM depending on the project. The work involves servicing a variety of client sites, including hospitals and office buildings, throughout the Richmond, VA area.

This is a Permanent position based out of Richmond, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $104000.00 / yr.
