HVAC Owner Sales Manager - Dallas, TX

What you will do

As the HVAC Owner Sales Manager, you will lead the Owner Direct / Service Sales business, driving strategies to achieve profitability, growth, and market penetration. You'll inspire and develop a high-performing sales team focused on delivering service offerings including planned service agreements, controls, mechanical retrofits, O&M, and labor and materials. You'll set the tone for a customer-centric, results-driven culture-capturing hearts and minds through adaptive communication, personal engagement, and strategic leadership.

You will represent Johnson Controls as a local leader, building long-term relationships with strategically important customers and serving as a visible presence in the community.

HIRING SALARY RANGE : $123,000-165,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
