ICU Registered Nurse – Hudson, FL

Location: Hudson, FL 34667
Employment Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Schedule: Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation & Incentives

• Hourly Rate: $33 – $46 (based on experience)

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 – Days | Up to $15,000 – Nights

• Relocation Assistance: Considered on a case-by-case basis

Position Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-acuity care to critically ill patients. This role requires strong clinical judgment, rapid assessment skills, and the ability to manage complex patient conditions in a collaborative intensive care environment.

Units Considered: MICU / SICU / CSU

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for critically ill patients

• Administer medications according to physician orders

• Maintain and review patient records, test results, and documentation

• Educate patients and families regarding medications and treatment plans

• Apply critical thinking and service excellence to deliver optimal outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license (or compact license with FL RN within 60 days)

• Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred

• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience

• Previous acute care experience strongly preferred

• BLS (AHA) certification required

• ACLS (AHA) certification required within 6 months of hire

• NIHSS certification required within 6 months of hire

• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
