RN ICU Job Description RN ICU Job Summary: RN ICU position in the Trauma Surgical ICU unit at St Francis. The assignment is for 90 days, starting 3/22/2026 and ending 6/20/2026. The shift is 07:00 PM-07:30 AM, with every other weekend requirement and no call. The unit uses OneChart (Cerner) EHR system. Ceil blue scrubs. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient vital signs and condition. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Document patient care accurately and completely in OneChart (Cerner). Respond to trauma and surgical patients needs. Required Qualifications: RN license in the state of Kansas or ability to obtain. RN ICU certification Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a Trauma Surgical ICU setting. Experience with OneChart (Cerner) EHR. Skills & Competencies: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in ICU nursing procedures and protocols. Shift Details: Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: 36 Every other weekend required. No call. Licensing Requirements: Nursys verification License/Certificate Verification
