Compensation

The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range.

Responsibilities

Position Overview :

Provides nursing care to critical care patients in the ICU / CCU. Effectively plans and communicates patient and family education. Participates in unit based educational activities. Accurately and timely documentation consistent with practice and hospital policy.

• FULL-TIME DAY SHIFT POSITIONS MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR A $3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS AND FULL-TIME NIGHT SHIFT POSITIONS MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR A $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS. ELIGIBLE FOR A $1,000 EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS
