Are you a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Med / Surg Telemetry We are seeking a dedicated RN for a 13-week contract assignment in Philadelphia PA!

Youll play a key role in providing quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Patient Care : Provide direct care to adult and geriatric patients in the Med / Surg Telemetry unit including monitoring vital signs assessing patient conditions and administering medications.
• Telemetry Monitoring : Utilize telemetry equipment to monitor heart rhythms identifying and responding to changes promptly.
• Collaboration : Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including physicians nurse practitioners and other RNs to deliver a comprehensive care plan.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with facility policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Patient Education : Educate patients and families on health conditions post-treatment care and wellness.

Qualifications :

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (required)
