An executive couple in Manhattan Beach is seeking a highly skilled and discreet Executive Housekeeper / Houseman to work approximately 20–25 hours per week.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a home efficiently and proactively. Candidates should be experienced, tech-savvy, and capable of maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism.

This is a part-time position with an immediate start date.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain overall cleanliness and order of the home, including daily and deep cleaning, specialty care for fine furnishings, outdoor furniture, and seasonal wardrobe changes.
• Manage all household laundry, ironing, linen changes, and dry-cleaning logistics with attention to detail and care.
• Assist with simple food preparation, kitchen maintenance, grocery shopping, organizing deliveries, and maintaining inventory of food and supplies.
• Help with serving during events, attend to guests' needs, manage messages and deliveries, and provide general support for entertaining and special projects.
• Coordinate vendors, assist with errands, pet care, travel prep, recycling, and ensure sufficient supplies for smooth household functioning.

Schedule :

The client prefers a schedule of Monday / Wednesday / Friday but will consider alternative schedules. Looking to hire ASAP.

Compensation :

We are prepared to pay up to $50 per hour, depending on experience.
