Job Title : Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist
Location : West Palm Beach, FL (Fully Onsite)
Pay Rate : $20-$22 / hour

Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team onsite in West Palm Beach. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering long-term growth for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and commitment.
Responsibilities :
- Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and timely
- Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and communicate with vendors
- Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting
- Support audits and provide documentation as needed
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth AP operations
