A2Z Workforce Solutions is actively seeking bilingual (English / Spanish) lumpers for a large, busy tire warehouse in Phoenix. This is a physical role with mandatory overtime opportunities. Punctuality and reliability are must-haves for this position.
In this role, you will :
- Load and unload tires manually
- Unload 1,000 tires manually daily, within a certain time frame
- Order picking / order selecting
- Attendance and punctuality are VITAL
- Contribute to safety culture, obey all safety policies and operating procedures
- Ability to repetitively lift- up to 80 pounds
- Work on feet for extended periods of time
