Write clear, structured legal analyses and arguments across contract law, torts, corporate law, criminal law, and ethics. Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to professional legal standards. Collaborate with researchers to refine AI understanding of statutes, case law, and procedural frameworks. 4+ years of experience as a Licensed Attorney, Associate, or Legal Counsel. Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree required. Active bar membership (or equivalent jurisdictional license) preferred. Strong English writing, reasoning, and analytical communication skills. Comfortable using web-based tools for annotation and review. Strong compensation (exact amount varies by project). Fully remote work environment. Engagement type : Contractor assignment / freelancer, potentially full-time. Duration of projects : approximately 1 month, with the possibility for extension. Confidential or proprietary information from any employer, university, etc. Trade secrets or internal company or university data. Specific client information or case details. Any information that would violate NDAs, employment agreements or other confidentiality obligations.
