Drive merchant onboardings and implementations with clear communication

Report to the Associate Manager, Strategy & Operations within the Commerce Platform organization

Collaborate with the team on occasion for co-working and strategy discussions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

3-5 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, project management, and / or account management

Experience working cross-functionally with individual contributors

Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues

Curiosity to dig into technical issues before escalating them to engineering
