We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Home Health Office Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site position (not remote) with competitive pay and benefits. The right candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth office operations and compliance within a home health setting.
Responsibilities
- Schedule patient visits and coordinate care.
- Run EMR reports to ensure proper visit types and frequencies are accurately plotted.
- Fax physician orders and maintain accurate communication records.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Oversee onboarding of new staff and maintain employee files to ensure compliance.
- Participate in on-call rotation (one weekend per month).
- Enter new patients into EMR system and set up intake files.
- Verify patient benefits and create patient care threads.
- Submit authorizations as required to support patient care.
